As a psychologist with specialty in emotional eating and hormonal health, as well as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I'll guide and empower you providing ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. I break food into 2 categories: Your secondary food and your primary food. The secondary food is what goes on the plate and primary food is what nurture us off the plate.
